Job Title: Senior IT Engineer - Technical Support

Position Overview

The Senior Technical Support provides advanced onsite and remote support to all Genting employees, business units, and VIP stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Measurement of quantities including checking of junior’s measured quantities
Preparation of tender documents including bills of quantities
Preparation of cost estimates in various stage
Check, evaluate and verification of progress claims
Preparation of Pre-Tender Estimate (PTE) benchmarked against previous projects
Finalization of accounts
Involve in Tender Process with adherence to the approved tender procedures.
Tracking and update overall development tendering packages and award.
Ensure a clear audit trail of activities is maintained with proper filing and record keeping.
Dealing and communicate with Vendors, Consultants, Development Team, Engineering Team & End-users.
Assist and provide support to Contract Management Team.
Assist in reviewing tender documents for discrepancies and detail contents.
Participate in the site visit, tender openings, etc.
Assist in preparation for recommendation, presentation and award.
Assist in reviewing of final contract document before official binding, signing and stamping.
Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head from time to time

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Quantity Survey with 2 - 4 years relevant working experience
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Resourceful with market knowledge and able to recommend new qualified contractors to participate in the tender.
Computer literate in MS-Office
Proactive, strong communication and interpersonal
Past involvement and experiences in the tendering and procurement(development) would be an added advantage.

Car Park Attendant (Genting Highlands, Pahang, MY)

Job Responsibility

Following commands given by the Parking Control Centre Operator & Supervisor.
Conduct routine checks within the car park to ensure all related equipment are in good working order.
Responding to alarms, faults and other issues as directed by the Parking Control Centre Operator & Supervisor.

Check with Parking Control Centre Supervisor for any handover briefing , notes and incident record from the previous shift.
Report all maintenance issues, faults and observations that require further action and notify the Parking Control Centre Supervisor and the Parking Operations Executive.
Report all Occupational Health & Safety issues immediately to the Parking Operations Executive. All incidents are to be reported thereafter to Resorts World Genting Highlands Management. Incident Reports are to be completed as soon as possible.
Collect daily used tickets from Exit station.
Replanish new tickets at the Entrance station.
Manage wheel clamping
Check and clean all car park equipments.
Patrol car park regularly.
Any other duties assigned by the Parking Operations Executive.

Role Purpose

The Senior HR Executive - People Technology & Transpormation (PTT) supports the implementation, integration, and ongoing operations of Workday across key modules including Core HCM, Com & Ben, Recruiting & Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Learning, and Reporting & Analytics.

The role focuses on data conversion, system testing, and HR master data integration from Workday to SAP ECC6 for payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and smooth post-go-live operations.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Implementation & Integration Support

Support configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment across Workday modules.
Assist in defining and validating HR and payroll data requirements for Workday–SAP ECC6 interfaces.
Support integration testing (SIT), UAT, and payroll parallel runs covering employee lifecycle events.
Validate data accuracy across modules, including employee, organisational, compensation, and benefits data.

Post-Go-Live Support & Optimisation

Provide BAU support for Workday modules and payroll-related integrations.
Troubleshoot data, integration, and process issues between Workday and SAP ECC6.
Support system enhancements and configuration changes impacting HR and payroll data.

Data Governance & Documentation

Support data integrity, consistency, and audit readiness across HR systems.
Maintain documentation for data mappings, interfaces, test scenarios, and system changes.
Support payroll cut-off timelines and internal control requirements.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors on implementation activities and system issues.
Translate functional requirements into clear system and data specifications.

Requirements

Experience

3–5 years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, or People Technology roles.
Hands-on exposure to Workday implementation and post-go-live support, especially Core HCM.
Experience supporting HR-to-payroll integration, preferably with SAP ECC6.

Skills & Competencies

Good understanding of Workday data structures across multiple modules.
Working knowledge of SAP ECC6 payroll-relevant HR master data.
Experience in data conversion, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and issue resolution.
Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working across systems and teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
