Job description:

  • Support the SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) on setting of policies, framework, and SDLC process improvement
  • Ensures PMO (Project Management Office) practice, approach and governance processes are applied consistently
  • Perform Quality Assurance tasks as per PMO guidelines, track and present findings during departmental meeting
  • Provides consistent project management guidance, training and methods for consistent project outcomes
  • Provide support on Application Performance Monitoring tools implementation and its related activities
  • Assist in DevOps implementation
  • Participate in departmental budget planning and monitoring of contracts and departmental expenditure.

 

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an IT Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree with 3 year(s) of working experience in PMO/Project Management
  • Good understanding of the Project Management principles, SDLC and CMMi framework
  • Exposure to PMO Services and understanding of PMO Function
  • Working experience on Application Performance Monitoring tools such as DynaTrace and familiarity with DevOps practices is an advantage
  • Possess good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Able to recommend and contribute on process improvement
