Job Description:

• To carry out procurement events / sourcing functions according to the approved SOP and tender procedures.
• Assist AM to check and assess tender submission to determine the best outcome.
• Assist AM to review and initiate forward planning on purchases.
• Update contract timely 
• Ensure sourcing are completed within the given timeline 
• Manage fulfilment issues, complaints, or queries from Operations.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
• Proper filing / record keeping.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Supply Chain / Engineering / Finance
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar role
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently
• Good writing skill and communication skills
