Job Descriptions:
1.  To execute the entire procurement events / sourcing functions according to the approved SOP and tender procedures.
2.  Execute, monitor and manage all the purchase requisitions (PR) and tender process until award within timeline.
3.  To evaluate and recommend each tender award to determine the best deal for the company.
4.  Manage incidents, complaints, or quires from user to ensure customer satisfaction.
5.  Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, procedures, regulated standard and approved SOP.
6.  Analyze purchase practice & trends and customer requirements; conduct Market Intelligence; Benchmark Information and Supplier Negotiation to ensure purchase at right prices.
7.  Supplier Performance Evaluation including supplier outreach to maintain a competitive pool of supplier for effective sourcing process.
8.  Contract compliance to ensure timely renewal of contract with proper planning and monitoring
9.  Communicate with various parties involved to keep them informed and updated.
10. Ensure a clear audit trail of activities is maintained with proper filing / record keeping.
11. Reporting such as:-
        - Spend analysis and conversion activities
       - Preparation of Savings (actual & forecast) and provide analytical executive summary
        - Review & analyze the productivity and KPIs of the Section


Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Supply Chain / Economics / Business Administration / Purchasing & Material Management with minimum four (4) years of relevant working experience
2. Possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
3. Hands-on experience in using SAP / Ariba / Oracle or any other ERP system will be an added advantage
4. Able to work independently
5. Working experience in procurement of IT products & solutions will be added advantage
6. Knowledge within IT industry – including Cloud software and services (XaaS)
7. Previous success within Information Technology procurement
