Job Descriptions

1. Managing the entire Wisma Genting functionality & operational of Building Management.

2. Overseeing daily operation & function of the Administration Dept., Cleaning Dept.,Mechanical & Electrical Dept., Security Dept., and including Car Park Dept.

3. Overseeing overall revenue & cost control.

4. Coordinates building maintenance & repairs on timely manner including the entire building mechanical & electrical system matters.

5. Disbursement / Payment to external parties (vendor & authorities).

6. Public Relation & interaction with customers / tenants.

7. Attending to tenants complaints on timely manner.

8. Improvement & upgrading on overall building maintenance aspects.

9. Interaction with external parties (Authorities, Government Bodies, Property Agencies, Consultants, Architects, Building Managers & etc.)

10. Comply to environment, safety & health procedures.

 

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga with minimum BO Chargeman Certificate.

2. Minimum 5 years of related building management working experience at managerial level.

3. Strong knowledge and well versed with compliances, licences and regulations requirement in the operational of commercial building (e.g. OSHA Act, DOSH, Energy Commission Act, Electricity Regulations Act, etc.)

4. Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.

5. Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities.

6. Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
