Key Responsibilities:

Linux Infrastructure Administration

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Alibaba Linux, ubuntu or SUSE Linux servers.
• Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Linux operating systems.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, availability, and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, storage, file systems, and network configurations.
• Implement and maintain system hardening and security best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve system incidents in a timely manner.
• Handling Critical Vulnerabilities.
• Handling Audit / SOP Documents.
• Provide basic administration and operational support for Windows Server environments.

Technical Skills

      Linux

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Alibaba Linux / SUSE Linux
• Linux networking and security
• Multipathing, clustering, and storage management
• Windows Server/ VMware / Alibaba administration
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting

      Windows (Basic)

• Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration
• Windows performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• File Server and Storage management

Additional Skills (Nice-to Have)

• Provide basic SAP Basis operational support
• Monitor SAP application & Database and system health
• Experience supporting SAP on Linux environments.
• IBM Power PC
• PowerShell Scripting
• VMware virtualization
• Alibaba Cloud Environment

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of Linux system administration experience.
• Experience supporting on Linux or Microsoft Windows environments.
• Experience working in production and mission-critical environments
