Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide consulting on process and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Perform requirement study, prepare costing, business blueprint and program specifications, configure, test and deploy solution.
  • Pre-project planning and project coordination e.g. project scope, costing, presentation and training materials, implementation working papers and project management assistance; where required.
  • Work closely with users to ensure requirements are accurate and complete.
  • Provide support and resolve problems relating to SAP HCM & SuccessFactors.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field with working knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll processes.
  • 3-5 years working experience with SAP OM, PA, PY, TM.
  • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
  • Well verse with the HR business functions and processes.
  • Pleasant personality with good people handling and communication skills
  • Experienced in handling projects and supporting operations.
  • A self starter, and able to work independently.
