Position: Senior Finance Executive

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Preparation of Monthly Performance Review Report (“MPR”).
  • Preparation of subsidiaries financial statements, which includes of preparation of MPR, quarterly Standard Accounting Forms (“SAF”), analysis of Profit or Loss, yearly tax return for submission to IRB, estimation of tax payable and statutory financial statements.
  • Preparation of GENM Group profit and loss schedules and quarterly performance slides for EXCO, Audit Committee and Board meeting.
  • Involve in the preparation and finalization of GENM Group’s quarterly announcement.
  • Involve in coordinate, planning and monitoring of GENM Group’s yearly profit plan exercise.
  • To administer, coordinate and liaise with various parties concerned for necessary actions with regards to the various reporting needs of the Group.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments related to CPP-Reporting.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
  • Finalist/Member of professional body (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA, CPA, ICAA).
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience. Audit experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Meticulous and highly organized.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Computer literate.
