Job Descriptions:

  • Handle month end closing for Room division.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly Hotel salient and assist in Monthly Performance Report.
  • Prepare submission for Hotel Survey, Tourism Tax, Service Tax Returns and Unclaimed Money.
  • Monitor & clear balance sheet GL, includes prepare reconciliation.
  • Prepare & coordinate yearly budget & profit plan with operation.
  • Prepare Standard Tax Schedule
  • Lead/ Participate in process improvements with Financial, Operation and IT team to achieve higher efficiencies.
  • Facilitate internal and external auditors
  • Handle special/ ac-hoc project assigned from time to time.
  • Other administrative and operational matters.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or with ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW qualification.
  • Must have minimum 3 years relevant working experience in accounting
  • Knowledge in SAP accounting software.
  • Able to lead, manage and supervise the accounting function of a team of accounting staff.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision, self-starter and pro-active.
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
