Key Responsibilities

Ticketing & Travel Services :
• Handle customer and internal enquiries related to airline ticket reservations, fares, and ticketing services.
• Process flight ticket issuance, amendments, reissuance, refunds, and exchange orders for third-party travel products.
• Manage visa application arrangements and travel insurance processing for customers.
• Assist in resolving complex ticketing issues and service-related complaints promptly and professionally. 

Airline Operations & Coordination
• Support both outbound and inbound departments with group booking arrangements and ticketing coordination.
• Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth ticketing operations. 

Administrative & Quality Control
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department to resolve invoice discrepancies and bad debt issues.
• Monitor and control aging invoices to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Liaise with Sabre support for reservation system-related issues.
• Ensure proper e-filing and accurate documentation by the team.
• Ensure all team members comply with ISO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal quality standards.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Airline ticketing or Tourism, Hospitality related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in airline ticketing operations.
• Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems, preferably Sabre or Amedeus.
• Good understanding of BSP processes, fare rules, ticket exchanges, and refunds.
• Experience handling group bookings and corporate travel arrangements is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Leadership experience and ability to train and mentor team members
