Job Responsibilities: 

• Manages assigned PMO operations/projects (e.g., project management, risk management, meeting coordination etc.).
• Propose, develops and implements PMO processes and tools.
• Provides PMO support to assigned projects and initiatives.
• Leads, assist and motivates section project managers as partner.

Job Requirements: 

• Possess a Degree/Masters in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields of study.
• Min. 10 years working experience of which at least 5 years related experience in PMO / Project Management.
• Proven working experience in software industry with exposure in Portfolio/Project Management Principles and System Development Life Cycle (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid etc.) or IT process governance & improvement framework (CMMI, Agile, ITIL, ISO38500/27001, COBIT and etc.). 

• Good understanding on emerging trend and practice in project management, software development, supplier management, quality assurance, application security, compliance, and governance.
