Job Description:

    1. Creative in design of product
    2. Process flow ( customer experience on the whole process)
    3. Pushing for improvements and to work for improvement
    4. Agile in creating products
    5. Products by different market segment based on appeal to the market
    6. Automate of product pushing based on appeal to the consumer
    7. Upselling of products
    8. Target and non targeted segment and partnership
    9. Pushing online and mobile product differentiation
    10. Review of product cannibalization for all segment

        3. Growing the non member or skycard acquisition to be strong and to get rid of dependency of the partners/OTA/Agents

  1. Reporting
    1. Dashboard
    2. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly on actual
    3. Forecast of for future
    4. Review the report and to highlight any areas of concern for improvements and different trends or changes
  2. With IT sense to improve process flow and understand the market trend especially on e-commerce platform

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of similar or relevant working experience
  • Degree holder in Statistic, Mathematics, Finance or Economics with interest in data mining
  • Posses a strong analytical mindset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in data analysis and business reporting relating to marketing campaign would be an added advantage
  • Those with knowledge in SAS/ SAS Viya would be an added advantage
