Job descriptions:

• Assisting and supporting the SQA team on project tracking and software quality initiatives.
• Assisting and supporting Dept on change management request, tracking, communicating and updating of status.
• Assisting and supporting Dept on new joiner onboarding journey.
• Assist in ensuring compliance of project documents submission, audit and updating of document templates.
• Organizing departmental meetings and recording of meetings minutes.
• Perform office administrative tasks such as claims, Job Orders/Completion, Purchase Orders, financial billing, asset & discard management, travel request and contract renewals.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Understanding in Project Management/Coordination and experience office administration.
• Good communication, organizational skills, detailed-oriented skills, positive and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 1 - 2 years of working experience.
