Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Tender projects, Request for Proposal event for sourcing purposes
  • Ensure compliance to policy for all purchases
  • Process renewal of contract timely
  • Processing PRs & creating new mm codes
  • Handling of operation issues related to the purchase & making sure all goods delivered timely
  • Conduct market survey for suppliers and products
  • Contribute new ideas for system efficiency and delight customer
  • Creating of Contract Workplace (CW)
  • Price negotiation

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics / Statistic / Business Administration / Supply Chain & Logistic Management / International Trade / Marketing / Social Science, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience in using SAP / Ariba / Oracle or any other ERP system will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and under pressure environment.
  • Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred.
