JOB DESCRIPTION

•    Perform project scoping, feasibility study, requirement gathering, planning, system analyst & design, costing, control, monitoring, reporting, quality & people management.
•    Ensure software quality in terms of functionalities, reliability, performance, security and ease of maintenance.
•    Mitigate issues and escalate to management as necessary
•    Lead, delegate, monitor and verify tasks to the technical team to perform software development, implementation and support.
•    Prepare PMO documentation, and to ensure all project documents/codes are properly managed.
•    Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentor the development team 

JOB REQUIREMENT

•    Minimum 7 years working experience on enterprise level Application Development with Microsoft products (.NET, WCF, MSSQL and etc) and Cloud Native Technology (Container and Microservices)
•    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•    Must have detailed knowledge and experience in Software Development Lifecycle (i.e. Waterfall, Agile & Incremental).
•    Must be positive, hardworking and able to meet tight deadlines. 
•    Experience on developing cloud-aware application design will be advantage
•    Strong goals setting and task prioritization abilities
•    Must be able to work collaboratively with diverse groups & individuals
•    Ability to think outside of the box, offer fresh ideas with an appetite for exceeding expectations
•    Strong in communication/presentation, analytical & interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent team player and team builder
•    Good skills and knowledge leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement
•    Good command of English (verbal and written). 
•    Able to communicate in Mandarin and domain knowledge in Leisure and Hospitally Industry i.e Ticketing or Hotel System would be an added advantage.
