Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for architectural and ID design planning and administer contract
  • Management and monitoring of all assigned projects from design planning to project execution stage with the required standard and within time-cost budget
  • Oversee the projects execution processes with meeting the project objectives/goals
  • Lead the project development team for effective implementation and successful completion of all assigned projects include overseeing the co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects
  • Liaison with the relevant authorities, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects
  • Conduct sites inspection on regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule
  • Ensure regular progress meetings are organised with consultants, main contractor, sub-contractor and suppliers to review the progress of the projects and keep the management team fully informed of issues and progress
  • Manage changes and escalate timely in anticipation of any potential project issues that could impact projects and schedule

 

Requirements:

  • Hold relevant tertiary qualifications within the architecture, ID, building construction, civil engineering, project management or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience with building construction and/or ID construction project
  • Preferably architecture and/or ID working experience with basic C&S and M&E knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in managing all aspects of construction development life cycle
  • Possess strong planning, organizing, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering the various of large-scale construction projects
  • Strong management skills in dealing with external parties such as consultants, contractors and suppliers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Good leadership in interior and building construction effective project teams, motivating others, delegating and time / quality decision making
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good negotiation and diplomatic skills
