Job Descriptions:

  • Provide PMO support to project teams and ensure project compliance to all PMO and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular PMO audits, prepare PMO audit reports in ensuring project management standard is met.
  • Prepare software change management reports and coordinate with Project Managers on software changes and facilitate on follow up action in accordance to IT Change Management Process
  • Maintain all documents and work according to program office procedures and policies.
  • Organize departmental and SEPG meetings. Maintain records and meeting minutes of departmental and SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) meetings.
  • Maintain all departmental software agreements and perform preparation of departmental budgets.
  • Perform regular project status calls on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR team to perform all associate activities and prepare appropriate reports within required timeframe.
  • Participate in the improvement of project and software architecture management methodologies
  • Carry out all other departmental related tasks as required

 

Job Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 3 year's experience as a PMO analyst or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of project management methodology (CMMi, PMP), project management framework (Agile, DevSecOps) and project management tools - JIRA, Monday, Clickup and others
  • Strong project coordination and administration abilities.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
