Responsibilities:

 

  • Guest Experience Center Support:
    • Assist in the daily operations of the Guest Experience Center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to guests.
    • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the Guest Experience Center.
  • Online Radio Station Support:
    • Assist in the production and scheduling of radio commercials.
  • Media Sales:
    • Identify and pursue potential advertising clients for in-house and on-premise media assets (print, digital, voice).
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close media sales deals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Media Asset Management:
    • Manage the inventory and pricing of in-house and on-premise media assets.
    • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all media assets.
  • Stay Updated:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in media sales and marketing.
    • Continuously develop and enhance sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM software (optional).

  • Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
