  •  Provide on-site and remote technical support for users regarding IT related issues; including setup and maintenance of PC hardware and software
  • Support a 24x7 production environment
  • To ensure Client Support is ISO 27001 compliant
  • Maintain antivirus activity and Windows Software Update Services
  • Perform small to medium scale IT project management and implementation
  • To ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline
  • Participate actively in process documentation as well as policies and procedures enforcement
  • Provide recommendations and ideas for continuous improvement and enhancement for reducing hours of onsite support
  • Monitor and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is met
  • Manage license software and able to track the records without any delay
  • Plan to reduce waste of IT hardware to follow company procedure as Go Green 




  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related fields; or
  • Diploma with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Must be positive, hardworking and able to work within tight schedule and meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
