Job Responsibilities


• Perform administration, management & remedial service of network infrastructure (Data network, Voice and Video)
• Participate actively in documentation process such as incident report, capacity planning, policies & procedures
• Project implementation & management
• Manage vendors & ensure deliverables in maintenance agreement are fulfilled
• 24 x 7 Standby rotation

 

Job Requirements


• Recognized Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent qualification
• Fresh Graduates or Minimum 1 year of experience in enterprise network administration & support environment
• Required skill(s): VPN, WLAN, Switching, Routing, Firewall & IPS
• Preferably with working experience in Cisco Routers, Switches & Firewall.  Work experience in IPS, Link Load Balancer & Bandwidth Shaping, Network Monitoring and Network monitoring  will be an added advantage
• Possess formal IT professional certification (i.e. CCNA)
• Good verbal & written English
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful, results-oriented & willing to work long hours
