ESI - Client Support is currently providing IT onsite service support in Wisma Genting for GENM, GENT, GENP and Genting Energy.  The team is also supporting GENM Sales Offices and Plantation Operation units (Peninsular Malaysia).

 

Scope of Services

 

ESI - Client Support scope of services includes the following:

  1. Act as 2nd level support to customers, provide problem diagnosis and implement corrective actions for computer hardware, software, network faults and resolve via phone, remote connection or on-site.
  2. Provide IT support, including set-up and maintenance of computer hardware, software and network-related issues.
  3. Provide support 24x7x365 on phone standby.
  4. Provide advisory services for fault, problems and processes.
  5. Assist in computer leasing commissioning.
  6. Coordinate repairs and replacement whenever necessary
  7. Review IT goods receipt.

 

Below with the core duties:

 

  1. To ensure Client Support is ISO 27001 compliant
  2. To create and IT environment that is free from Malware and Virus
  3. To liaise with vendors/suppliers on new product testing and evaluation
  4. To plan, coordinate, implement, control and review on computer desktop refreshment
  5. To ensure project is deliver within the agreed timeline
  6. To ensure no breach in Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  7. To ensure value added services to fulfill customer satisfaction and business impact
  8. Monitoring nonstandard software installation
  9. Make recommendations for continuous improvement and enhancement of performance, reliability, security and recoverability of computer.
  10. Monitoring & evaluate any Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) patches is requires for deployment
