We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Labs Engineer, with a focus on leveraging Microsoft 365 ecosystem; particularly the Power Platform, to digitise and automate our organisation’s manual processes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about using technology to solve real-world business challenges and drive operational efficiency. While prior experience is valued, we also welcome enthusiastic fresh graduates with strong aptitude and a keen interest in low-code/no-code solutions and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing manual workflows and identify opportunities for digitisation, automation, and process improvement using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom business applications, automated workflows and data visualisations tailored to organisational needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure seamless adoption of digital tools.
- Stay up to date with emerging features in Microsoft 365 and the broader Power Platform ecosystem to propose innovative enhancements to our digital transformation journey.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and training materials to support end-user adoption and long-term maintainability.
Requirements:
- Open to candidates from any academic background; a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (even through personal projects, internships, or coursework).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into functional digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, independent, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passion for digital transformation, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Excel, etc.) and how it integrates with Power Platform.
- Basic understanding of data modelling, user experience (UX) design, or workflow logic.
- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-900) or active pursuit thereof.
