Job Description: 

  • Provide technical support to users both on-site and remotely for IT related issues, including the setup and maintenance of PC hardware and software.
  • Support a 24x7 production environment.
  • Ensure Client Support adheres to ISO 27001 compliance standards.
  • Create and deploy software packages using WSUS and maintain antivirus activity.
  • Manage and implement small to medium scale IT projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timelines.
  • Actively participate in process documentation and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations and ideas for continuous improvement and enhancement to reduce onsite support hours.
  • Monitor and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is met.
  • Manage software licenses and maintain accurate records without delay.
  • Plan and implement procedures to reduce IT hardware waste in line with the company’s Go Green  initiatives.
  • Manage endpoint lifecycle for leasing.
  • Manage the Intel Endpoint Management Assistant platform.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related fields with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; or
  • Diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Must be positive, hardworking, and able to work within tight schedule and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to be teamed up with colleagues to perform IT systems support functions experience in iPad and Tablet support will be a major added advantage.
