Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in consolidation of GENM Group Accounts;
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assist in preparing quarterly report for announcement to Bursa, yearly audited accounts and any other internal and external requested report;
  • Assist to coordinate with internal finance stakeholders to ensure adherence to Group reporting requirements which include compliance with MFRS and other requirements;
  • Review the compilation of information for various surveys;
  • Preparation of labor productivity and efficiency report;
  • Preparation of year end papers for EXCO’s approval or information (such as Impairment Review, Assets Written Off and Bad Debts);
  • Review and deliver Daily Revenue Report (“DRR”) and Daily Visitors report to Senior Management;
  • Liaison with external auditors and other internal stakeholders in relation to GENM Group financial results;
  • To take part in the Finance Transformation Plan to convert the existing financial data into business intelligence system;
  • Assist in coordinating andoversee the overall conduct of internal and external auditors pertaining to the GENM Group and ensuring timely completion of the audit and provide necessary assistant to expedite the audit;
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or Accounting professional qualifications.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Audit or Accounting.
  • Good command of English – both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and have good organization skill.
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
