Job Descriptions:

 

  • Handle full sets of accounts 
  • Perform monthly closing of accounts & prepare monthly management reports for review
  • To ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries on revenue.
  • To verify daily revenue reports and weekly adjustments.
  • Check and review exceptional reports on daily basis.
  • Perform billing and monitor AR.
  • Prepare tax computation, estimated tax payables, service tax and tourism tax returns.
  • Prepare, monitor & clear balance sheet GL.
  • Perform treasury function i.e. fixed deposit placement and cheque payment
  • Coordinate yearly budget, profit plan and assets verification with operations.
  • Facilitate internal and external auditors and prepare 
  • Participate in process improvements with Finance, Operation and IT team to achieve higher efficiencies.
  • Handle special / ad-hoc project/ additional task assigned by reporting superior/reporting head from time to time.
  • Other administrative and operational matters.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or Accounting professional qualifications or equivalent with 2 year of experience.
  • Must have good command of English – both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to perform in high-paced and dynamic environment to meet timelines.
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
  • Fresh graduates with an Accounting / Finance degree or Accounting professional qualifications or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
