Job Description:

  • Co-ordinate with the banks and internal users for new project implementation
  • Maintain and update system authorisers/bank signatories
  • Administration of corporate cards
  • Monitor utilisation of the group's bank guarantee line
  • Prepare funding of bank account and placement of funds on a daily basis.
  • Facillitate due diligence/KYC carried out by the banks.

 

 

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or Accounting professional qualifications or equivalent with 1 year of experience.
  • Fresh graduates with an Accounting / Finance degree or Accounting professional qualifications or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English – both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and have good organization skill.
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
