Job Description:

  • Perform income audit function for hotels rooms in terms for Revenue verification and recognition.
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reporting: revenue, accruals and prepayment, inter/intra company transaction.
  • Preparation for Annual Audit and Taxation, GL related workings and schedules, STS and etc.
  • Report to Assistant Finance Manager on any breach on internal control procedures for rooms income audit.
  • Prepare reconciliation and analysis for Trade Debtors Account, Guest Ledger, Advance Deposit Ledger and others General Ledger Code assigned.
  • To administer, coordinate and liaise with individual operational personnel on all issues related to variances on income audit.
  • Submission of SST, Sustainability fee, Tourism Tax, e-Invoice and etc
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments related to financial reporting.

 

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (ACCA, CIMA, CPA preferred).

· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. (Experience in SAP is an added advantage)

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
