Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist in managing the subsections within the Repair & Maintenance section.
  • To act as a relief for Service Advisor’s roles and functions.
  • To check, verify and analyze the compiled reports and records, and summarize, identify and recommend key improvement areas.
  • To assist in identifying, developing and recommending key work processes/policies for operational efficiency and resources optimization.
  • To assist in preparing and updating the section’s Standard Operating Procedures for the Head of Department’s approval.
  • To monitor and ensure that subordinates’ tasks are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.
  • To liaise with the internal departments, supplies and authorities for service deliveries, operational efficiency and legal compliance respectively.
  • To plan and complete the Repair & Maintenance schedule for the Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. fleets based on operational requirements and periodical events.


Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Automotive Technology with 2 years experiences in automotive repair & maintenance, or
  • SPM with minimum 6 years experience in automotive repair & maintenance.
  • Possesses good knowledge and skill in Automotive Repair & Maintenance.
  • Able to operate MS Office and/or automotive system.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  • Able to compile detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to lead and coach subordinates.
