Job Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for HR functions in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations and HR Operation matters:

 

Recruitment

  • Source for right candidate, interview candidates and perform reference/background checking
  • Plan and organize college/university recruitment and career talk
  • Conduct induction briefing for new employees

 

Compensation & benefits

  • Check and ensure timely processing of medical claims, car loan subsidy, etc.
  • Assist in the submission of SOCSO and Insurance claim.
  • Coordinate submission of performance appraisal

 

Industrial Relations

  • Provide advice to department on employee’s disciplinary issues
  • Investigate IR related cases
  • Make recommendation and conduct domestic inquiry when necessary

 

HR Operations

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing/maintenance of employee’s movement i.e. transfer, promotion, resignation, etc. and salary adjustment in HR system-SAP
  • Preparation of Human Resources related letters
  • Preparation of Human Resources weekly/monthly report
  • Assist in organizing company annual events and projects as and when required

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or its equivalent. Preferably with 2 years' experience in relevant field.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is required to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders (both written and verbal)
  • Must be proactive, possess high confidentiality level, integrity and professionalism
  • Work as team player and ability to build good working relationships with Management and employees.
