Job Description

  • Ability to ideate, plan, execute & monitor social media campaigns across Facebook, Tik Tok, LinKedIn, Instagram and etc
  • Actively creating social media content
  • Ability to develop onsite activation program, be a live-stream host and not camera shy.
  • Developing monthly content calendars with the key objective of driving engagement & conversion for all paid ads.
  • Community management - Responding to social media post comments and direct messages and monitoring of social sentiments.
  • Contest ideation and management are required
  • Influencers management
  • Be in the know of the latest social media trends, tools & trending content
  • Ability to generate social media reports on the overall fan growth, engagement, enquiries & lead.
  • Actively be responsible with customer engagement, customer response and crisis management where necessary.
  • Liaising with agencies, media agencies, designers, working partners, collaboration companies etc.
  • Ability to provide clear briefs, managing deliverables & approval.
  • Other assignment by HOD

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in social media marketing, content building & handling of company social media (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube etc).
  • Possess excellent writing skills, video and creative editing and producing content for social media.
  • Experience in using social listening tools & familiar with social media reporting.
  • Creative thinker & problem solve
  • Working experiences in FMCG, Agency and bilingual are preferred
