Job Descriptions:

 

  1. Assist HOD to execute corporate support for the department and company such as official correspondences with external parties, memos, letters, presentation slides, translation works and any other similar deliverables on daily basis.
  2. Assist HOD to plan, coordinate and execute various corporate/special/ad-hoc events and meetings at Wisma Genting, Resorts World Genting, other properties of the company or external venues.
  3. Prepare speeches, media releases, corporate profiles, websites, sustainability materials, blogs, newsletters, forewords, editing and translation work, etc.
  4. Assist in planning and executing comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility programmes to enhance the company’s image in the market place.
  5. Assist in planning and executing Genting Green Generation (G3) programmes.
  6. Assist to coordinate all on-site corporate philanthropy initiatives such as conducting visits to homes and charitable organisations on ad-hoc basis, attending monthly sponsor-related events (Press Conference, Mock Cheque Presentation, Awards Ceremony, etc.), organising collection drive, logistic arrangement and photography.
  7. Assist HOD in other areas of corporate support.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  1. Preferably Degree in Mass Communication or related field.
  2. Possess strong interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English.
  4. Should be able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
  5. Well-organized, meticulous and able to work with less supervision.
