Role Overview
Responsible for managing digital platforms such as websites, mobile applications, and chatbots to support marketing strategies, enhance customer experience, and deliver digital initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate brand and marketing strategies into digital plans and go-to-market execution.
- Manage end-to-end digital platform projects (website, mobile app, chatbot) including requirements gathering, planning, and UAT.
- Coordinate with UI/UX, creative, and development teams to deliver digital assets and features.
- Assist in frontend enhancements and implementation of digital platform features.
- Train, monitor, and optimize chatbot performance for customer interactions.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare project documentation.
Skills & Competencies
- Digital marketing and platform knowledge (web, mobile apps, chatbot).
- Project management and multitasking abilities.
- Basic UI/UX design understanding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in tools like Google Analytics is advantageous.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or digital platform roles.
- Strong interest in technology, digital innovation, and user experience.
