Title: Event Executive cum Designer

 

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

-Understand client goals and turn them into creative and practical event ideas.

-Manage all aspects of event planning—timelines, budgets, logistics, and on-site execution.

-Lead meetings with clients and internal teams to align expectations and provide updates.

-Work with vendors, venues, and suppliers to get quotes, negotiate deals, and manage production needs.

-Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.

-Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, production) to deliver high-quality events.

-Track project progress, solve problems early, and ensure everything stays on time and within budget.

-Stay current on event trends and technologies to keep improving experiences.

-Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

 

Event Design:

-Develop and execute innovative exhibition, event, and festive design concepts from the initial idea through to final production.

-Work on spatial concepts, detailed space planning, sketches, and 3D visualization to bring the design vision to life.

-Conduct material research, explore new design possibilities, and create detailed design specifications that inform the build and production process.

-Oversee the design process from concept to final artwork, ensuring the designs meet all client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

-Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver design solutions that align with the client's brand expectations and creative goals.

-Continuously refine designs throughout the process, making adjustments on-site as needed to ensure the final product meets expectations.

-Plan and design event interiors or exterior according to the creative direction provided by the client, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing space.

-Carry out additional design tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department, ensuring smooth workflow and project delivery.

 

Minimum requirements:

-Diploma or Bachelor Degree in design related field.

-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar event management role.

-Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and vendors

-Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, to bring events to life and exceed client expectations

-Proficient in using event planning software and tools such as autocad, 3d max, photoshop and illustrator.

-Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

-Adapting to fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.

-Possess own transport.

-Willing to travel for work.

-Have knowledge on landscape architectural or flower arrangement (adding point)
