Job Description

  • Meet and greet guest at arrival or departure hall to attend guest to the limousine or assist check -in for flight.
  • Attend guest at counter for all related matters to limousines reservation and Resort enquiries. 
  • Ensuring resources ( drivers and vehicles) are available and ready for guest pick-up at arrival parking area.
  • Updating FMS system for reservations, drivers pick up and other related FMS functions.
  • Coordination with GHR RP on the arrangement of resources.
  • Submission of justifications form, void booking reports and others on daily basis.   

 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Able to communicate & write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Possess PC knowledge will be an added advantage;
  • Good working performance & disciplinary record;
  • Willing to be based at KL Office.
