Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting and implementation services for Ariba and/or SAP systems. On the job and other relevant training will be provided.
  • Provide support and resolve problems relating to Procurement, Inventory, Maintenance modules.
  • Prepare all relevant documentation eg. project scope, costing, presentation and training materials, implementation working papers as and when required.
  • Organize and provide user training as and when required.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or related field with working knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory, Financial & Maintenance processes. On the job and other required training will be provided. 2 – 3 years working experience with Purchasing, Inventory, Plant Maintenance, Workflow would be an advantage. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Sound knowledge of SQL programming required
  • Aptitude and experience to work in projects and teams
  • Pleasant personality, with good people handling and communication skills
  • A self starter, and able to work independently
  • Experienced in business process flow in integrated systems environment
