Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform requirement analysis, prepare costing and functional specifications, test and deploy solution.
  • Pre-project planning & project coordination e.g. project scope, costing, presentation and training materials, implementation working papers & project management assistance; where required.
  • Work closely with users to ensure requirements are accurate and complete.
  • Provide support and resolve problems relating to SAP HR & Success Factor.

     

 Job Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field with working knowledge of Human Resources processes. Diploma with minimum 3 years related working experience will be consider.
  • Minimum 1-2 full cycles in implementing SAP TM, PA, OM & PY. Working knowledge of Success Factor will be an added advantage.
  • Well verse with the HR business functions and processes.
  • Good people handling and communication skills
  • A self starter, and able to work independently
