Job Descriptions:

 

  • Work out strategies and action plans for MICE market (International)
  • To promote products & services provided (accommodation, functions room etc.) by the Company
  • Maintain good relationship with new potential and existing customers
  • Manage the full processes of function/ event from enquiry to the end
  • Work closely with Hotel Operation team to ensure smooth events
  • Execute prompt service recovery when an unexpected challenge arises
  • To conduct hotel site inspection/ FAM Trip and technical meeting for potential and existing customers as and when required
  • Any duties assigned from time to time

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Tourism Management/Hospitality
  • At least 3 years related sales experience in MICE/Hospitality environment
  • Mature personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly committed, innovative and result oriented person
