JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and monitor all assigned projects from master planning, submission to local authority and complying with the required standard

Overseeing and managing land and properties matters within the group
-
Coordinate development planning matters
-
Liaison with regulatory authorities and consultants on land, development project and property management matters

Handle property administration eg. sale admin, property rental and property maintenance works
-
Maintain and upkeep landbank and properties database
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Housing, Planning & Building, Business Administration Management or other related equivalent qualifications.

Minimum 10 years working experience in property development department or in a similar capacity.

Well-versed in government regulations and laws related to land matters and properties in Malaysia for land processes and property administration. Experience in handling land transactions, land survey, valuation works.

Knowledge and experience in development approval process, coordinate with consultants, liaison with relevant authorities and project feasibility.

Must be meticulous and have high integrity in confidential matters and non-disclosure.

Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels

Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and other local languages.

Proficient in MS Office : MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

Able to travel anytime as required.
