BASIC FUNCTION: To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.




Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies in line with the overall business objectives
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and projects for new and existing products
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
  • Liaison with creative agency and media agency in execution of the campaigns
  • Main liaison and support for other business units to manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate market potential, trends, brand awareness and competitive landscape development


Education and Experience

  • Min 4 to 6 years of experience in the field of marketing
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or equivalent
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
  • Experience with online marketing, including social media and content marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
