Job Description
• To provide legal support to the Group in all legal, operational and contractual matters.
• Reviewing and drafting contracts.
• Conduct legal research and to keep abreast of applicable laws relating to the Groups operations and to advise on the impact of such changes on operations.
• Advise on the interpretation and implementation of the Company's policies to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, applicable laws and industry practice / standards.
• Managing litigation files.
• Liaison with external advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in Law and called to the Malaysian Bar.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 6 years post-qualifying experience, with a minimum of 3 years in legal practice.
• Dynamic, self-driven, able to work both independently and as a team.
• Resourceful, result oriented and reliable.
• Possess good business acumen.
• Must be meticulous in executing work, with a keen eye for details.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
