  • Responsible to ensure the daily operations of the division are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure timely clearing on outstanding for inter-company reconciliation, balance sheet GL and bank reconciliation.
  • Review monthly performance report and ensure timely and accurate reports submission including statutory returns and statutory payments.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial statements
  • Assist in financial analysis and interpretation of financial data
  • Compilation and review of annual budget
  • Prepare standard tax schedule (STS), conduct annual stock take and asset verifications
  • Review and improve existing system and internal control procedures
  • Liaise with operation personnel on issue
  • Approve payment requisition form from operations and payment.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior to ensure operational efficiency.



  • Degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA,CPA, CIMA).
  • Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
  • Good command in English, both written and communication skill.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge in SAP accounting software will be an advantage.
  • Able to lead, manage and supervise the accounting function of a team of accounting staff.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision, self-starter and pro-active.
