JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible to monitor and ensure the smooth operations of the finance section.
• Perform income audit
• Prompt submission of financial statements, inter-company reconciliation, balance sheet analysis and bank reconciliation.
• Analysing trend and prepare analysis of the monthly performance of the business
• Prompt submission of standard tax schedule, statutory returns and statutory payments.
• Ensure that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations and accounting standards
• Compilation and review of annual budget
• Evaluate current process and propose improvements on policy and procedures
• Updating Department Operations Manual (the department is ISO certified)
• Support the department projects such as eInvoicing implementation and other system improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Accounting and/or related accounting professional qualifications (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA,CPA, CIMA).
• Minimum 4 years audit and/or accounting experience.
• Good command in English.
• Meticulous and highly organized 
• Able to lead a team of 5 to 10 pax
