Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in consolidation of GENM Group Accounts;
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assist in preparing quarterly report for announcement to Bursa, yearly audited accounts and any other internal and external requested report;
  • Assist to coordinate with internal finance stakeholders to ensure adherence to Group reporting requirements which include compliance with FRS and other requirements;
  • Assist in coordinating and oversee the overall conduct of internal and external auditors pertaining to the GENM Group and ensuring timely completion of the audit and provide necessary assistant to expedite the audit;
  • Oversee and assist the completion of statutory accounts for GENM Group and its subsidiaries;
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A good degree in accounting or related professional qualifications
  • Recommended to have 4 years' experience in auditing/accounting and well versed in FRS
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
  • Good in written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Meticulous, highly organised and strong leadership qualities
