Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Finance Executive and/or Senior Finance Executive.
• To carry out functions set out in the day to day work instructions such to perform Transport & Tour income audit, journal entries, etc in effective manner.
• Have clear understanding of the policies and procedures laid down by management and correctly apply and adhere to it.
• To liaise with operation personnel for compilation of necessary reports and information to facilitate preparation of document journal and accountingentries.
• Involve in compiling reports and raise payment requisition for submission of Entertainment Duty payable to State Government (Bentong).
• To comply with policies and guidelines and be consistent in its implementation and operation.
• To escalate ad-hoc issues requiring higher-level approval or decision making to Finance Executive or Senior Finance Executive.
• To assist in ad-hoc assignment(s) assigned by superior(s).

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM/LCCI/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Diploma/Certificate in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA Level 1 or equivalent. 
• Those with related working experience will be an added advantage. 
• Good written skills and oral communication ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
