Job Descriptions:

 

  • Perform income audit on miscellaneous revenue to ensure that the money collected ties to the daily sales report submitted and park document journal in SAP.
  • Park document journal for all accruals entries to ensure the all accruals expenses are accounted for.
  • Code cost center and general ledger for manual Requisition for Payment / Invoice submitted by user.
  • Park manual banking report for miscellaneous collection when received from Finance General Cashier.
  • Liaise with operation on the submission of their report and completeness of the supporting documents. 
  • Assist Finance Executive or Senior Finance Executive to provide data for financial statements and monthly management reports.
  • Prepare Standard Tax Schedule.
  • Assist in key-in budget data as assigned by Finance Executive or Senior Finance Executive.
  • Prepare monthly billings and send out invoices to customers.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must posses minimum LCCI or Diploma/Certificate in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA Level 1 or equivalent.
  • Good command of English – both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and have good organization skill.
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
