Job Description

1. Prepare and perform reconciliation of the respective Accounts Receivable ("AR") assigned, including collections from debit card, credit cards and ewallets.
2. Perform daily accounting entries.
3. Follow up and monitor to clear any AR ageing.
4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders pertaining to AR.
5. Communicate with Operations and banks/financial institution on unreconciled items
6. Assist in income audit roles.
7. Assist in fixed assets verification task as and when requested.
8. Ensure documents are properly filed.
9. On the job training is provided.

Job Requirements:

1. Preference to have minimum LCCI, Certificate in Accounting/ Diploma in Accounting or Finance / CAT/ ACCA Level 1 or equivalent.
2. Those with only SPM level qualification but has 2 years prior working experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable can apply.
