Job Descriptions:


  • Responsible to ensure that the monthly billing and expenses captured are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist senior to provide data for financial statements and monthly management reports.
  • Assist in general accounting function and duties as deemed fit by the Management.
  • Ensure all documents are filed accordingly and assist in any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
  • Liaise with external auditors and external parties.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, intercompany balance reconciliation & balance sheet reconciliation analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly various standard reporting, e.g. SST-Schedule, tax computation & tax analysis, RPT, Statutory accounts, etc.


Job Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess minimum LCCI or Diploma/Certificate in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA Level 1 or equivalent.
  • Good command of English – both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and have good organization skill.
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
