Job Description

  • Zouk Operations Manager will oversee the overall outlets under Zouk flagship and ensuring that high standards are met and carried out according to the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Plan, implement and review the business strategy constantly to ensure Zouk Venues and occupancy in achieving the target revenue.
  • Analyses and understands business trends to focus on continuous improvement and further opportunities to enhance the business and customer service.
  • Responsible for handling customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Responsible for executives and staff development and achieving or improvising on training programs to meet the ever-increasing demand of our customers for service excellence.
  • Review and revise the current standard operating procedures in meeting the quality certification that govern the Zouk operations which inclusive of HACCP, ISO and OSHA.
  • Personal involvement in managing, training and following through on the progress of subordinates to continuously enhance their work performance.
  • To conduct daily briefings to subordinates to communicate the company’s business direction to all level of staff as well as to motivate staff.
  • To have a teamwork spirit, positive & supportive.
  • Participate in brainstorms to share new design & conceptual perspectives.
  • Ensure compliance and evolution of Zouk brand guidelines & standards.
