We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient, accurate, and timely handling of inventory. This role offers excellent exposure to multi-category inventory management, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic and expanding organisation.
 
Job description:
1) Lead and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatch activities. 
2) Ensure high standards of inventory accuracy and stock control across multiple product categories.
3) Monitor and optimise warehouse processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and turnaround time.
4) Maintain proper documentation and records in line with company policies and compliance requirements
5) Implement and uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards within the warehouse

 

 

Job requirements:

1) Possess a degree in Business/ Business Admin/ Communication/ Finance/ Economics/ Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Engineering or a related field.

2) Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role

3) Experience in F&B inventory management is an added advantage.

4) Candidates with strong operational experience and track record are encouraged to apply.

5) Strong proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
