Job Requirement: -

  • Degree qualification in Tourism Management/ Hospitality or Business Management
  • Confidence in speaking, reading and writing English skills essential.
  • Minimum three years’ experience supervising within a theme park ticketing environment required.
  • Previous theme park, water park, F.E.C. or museum experience an advantage.    
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a hospitality and/or VIP environment is essential


Job Description: -

  • Provide managerial and administrative support and assistance to the Guest Services Manager;
  • Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Guest Services Manager;
  • Support the Guest Services Manager to ensure sustainable operational readiness of the VIP Lounge area and provide the Guests a world-class friendly and efficient VIP experience from pre-booking, on site booking to conducting tour around the park;
  • Coordinate the entry process in order to provide Guests with a quality, trouble free experience in order to maximize revenue;
  • Assess and reinforce all cleaning and hygiene SOPs for Entry Operations units are being executed by the team on a daily basis. Conduct regular reviews in cleaning checklists, and conduct internal checks to feedback to team where improvements can be made;
  • Uphold integrity by enforcing all proper cash handling practices and point of sale procedures in order to contribute to the success of the organization;
  • Co-ordinate all stock and replenishment for refreshment requirement’s, gift bags and other items in the VIP Lounge;
  • Manage the administration of ride access and F&B access for all VIP guests as part of their tour ensuring everything runs smoothly;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of SOP's for the productive, efficient and friendly operations;
  • Assist in the delivery of the on-the-job training programs of Cast & Crew;
  • Conduct briefings and meetings and pass on all relevant information to Cast & Crew;
  • Assist in coordinating all special and private events.
